Gin, Raspberry, Blackberry, Lemon 700ml | Serves 7 | 14.9% ABV The Bramble is a contempory classic cocktail took London’s Soho by storm in the mid 1980’s and it’s easy to see why. Deceptively simple, its familiar and balanced flavours transport you back to those childhood winter days picking blackberries. Made from a blend of gins, crème de mure, blackberry wine and citrus this cocktail is best enjoyed over ice with a fresh blackberry garnish. Based on a cocktail created in Fred’s Club by the late, great Dick Bradsell circa 1987. Method Chill, shake, pop, pour Serve over ice Garnish with a fresh blackberry. Craft Cocktails are created by some of Ireland’s best bartenders, and still independently owned. Made using 100% natural ingredients so some sediment may occur, shake before use. Pop within 12 months and once open, refrigerate and drink within 3 days.
