WPCotton Watercolor Rose | 1/2 Yard Cut

This is a really cool base. It does not have the PVC backing! It has a moisture wicking surface - that when tested, the water did NOT soak through! It has a very soft cotton feel and is a mid-weight canvas. Could definitely be used without interfacing - but also can be interfaced! 1/2 yard cut If multiple is ordered, the yardage will not be continuous. 58" Waterproof Cotton
