It’s created with El Ceibo cocoa – a rare bean only available in very small batches. Zotter travelled to Bolivia, to meet the cocoa farmers and were given this unique cocoa. Tasting notes: nuts, creamy, hint of liquorice, touch of coffee, lingonberries, a woody finish and mildly astringent Conching Time: 22 hrs.
