Maraska Slivovitz is a natural brandy made from fermented and distilled ripe blue plums. It is aged in oak casks.

• The fruit comes from trees no less than 20 years old.
• The mash is fermented for 3 months.
• It is matured in specially treated oak casks for a minimum of 2 years.
• It is made under strict kosher guidelines.
