Wilderness First Aid - Recertification
This course provides advanced first aid and CPR training for emergency response in isolated settings, including overnight camping. It covers extended care strategies and is recognized by WSIB.
- The course covers extended care strategies for more than 24 hours.
- Part of the course is taught outdoors and requires greater physical activity.
- Completion requires 100% attendance, skills demonstration, and a minimum 75% score on the written exam.
- The course provides a 3-year certification in Wilderness First Aid, CPR Level C, and AED.
