PRODUCTION PROCESS Demineralised and flavourless water. We extract the water from a spring in our own distillery through a reverse osmosis process that guarantees the highest purity. Bubble. We use the latest technology to refrigerate the liquid up to 2ºC before bottling and thus obtain a more lasting bubble.
