A complete 21-piece rivet set for the restoration and repair of Mamod mobile steam engines - including TE1, TE1a, SR1, SR1a, SW1 and SA1. Containing aluminium and copper rivets in the appropriate sizes, the set provides the rivets required for the main engine assemblies, together with additional rivets for models fitted with a sight glass and useful spares. 21-piece set contains: 2.4mm (3/32") Aluminium Rivets – 9 3 × Chimney/smokebox to boiler 4 × Firebox to engine cowl 2 × Spares 3.2mm (1/8") Aluminium Rivets – 6 2 × Canopy to support bracket 2 × Engine mounting bracket to engine cowl 2 × Spares 3.2mm × 8mm Sealed Copper Blind Rivets – 6 2 × Firebox to boiler 2 × Sight glass assembly* 2 × Spares *The sight glass rivets are only required on models fitted with the applicable sight glass assembly.
