Approximately 50+ open-pollinated, non-gmo, pesticide-free, and heirloom Rosso Sicilian Tomato seeds (Solanum lycopersicum) per packet. Indeterminate. Old Italian heirloom originating in Sicily. Reaching a weight of 5 oz, the tomato variety has a hollow cavity inside making them an ideal variety for stuffed tomatoes and cooking down into sauce or paste. Start indoors as early as 8 weeks before last frost. Sow 0.25 in deep and keep at 70-80F. Germination takes 5-14 days. Keep in direct sunlight. Keep soil moist and well drained. Move seeds to pots when second leaves show. Bury stems up to lowest leaves. Harden to cold for a week and move outdoors when temps stay above 60F. Can’t survive frost.
