LOVE Lives Here Original Painting 8x10" Original Collage

• I was a kid in the 70-80's so this love shack is a heavily influenced by my sticker collection from that era. I really enjoyed illustrating this cutie; it's fun for a kid room, but works well in a grown up room, too! • I hand painted this lovefest onto a textured canvas that's ready to hang on the wall. This image was inspired by vintage children's book illustration. • I used Holbein Acryla Gouche painted onto a stretched canvas. The canvas measures 8x10" with a 1.5" decorative edge and includes a saw tooth hanger on the back for easy hanging. Also included on the back is my artist signature in with the year it was created. • Holbein Acryla Gouache is a highly pigmented artist grade paint that is polymer based, unlike traditional gouache which is water-soluble once dry. Once the acryla gouache is dry is becomes water resistant and durable. However, I have varnished the final painting with Golden's Fluid Satin Medium (also polymer based), which gives the surface a velvety smooth sheen. • Your new art is water resistant and can hang in bathrooms or a high humidity atmosphere.
