Copyright Ownership Provision

The Copyright Ownership clause is a provision in a contract that states that you as the photographer own all photographic materials. It outlines when products will be released and the rights that clients hold for the products. Note: This is not a full contract. This is only a provision to be added to your existing services contract. IMPORTANT: If you already have a contract from TheLawTog®, you do not need this provision; it is already included in your contract language.
