The Pat Pat Gel formula with the dual mesh layer allows for controlled pickup and smooth application, making it easy to build soft transitions or refined details. Directions: Apply using a sponge - lightly dab the Cupid Pat Pat Gel in thin layers, curing for 30 seconds between each layer. Once desired effect is achieved, seal with SOFTOP™ top coat.
