Smoked Salmon Pastrami

A take on a deli classic. Using Wester Ross Scottish salmon, smoked by the sea over chamomile and oak, then finished with molasses, mustard and a generous coating of cracked black pepper and coriander for a bold, spiced edge you won't find on the usual smoked salmon. 100g sliced pack, perfect for 2.
