A "Peacock" chair designed by Danish designer Hans Wegner (1914-2007) for the Danish furniture company, Johannes Hansen. This chair is made from light ash wood and has a wide, curved top rail, two narrow arm, rests and a papercord woven seat. It is marked "Johannes Hansen Copenhagen Denmark" to the underside. Measurements: 30” W x 41.5” H x 26” D. Condition notes: Age appropriate wear. Some scratches and scuffs to wood. Faint split in the wood on right.
