Every detail has been carefully refined, from its gently oversized head to its wide, fluffy ears and softly curved arms, echoing the way koalas naturally cling and rest in eucalyptus trees. Each koala comes with its own adoption papers. Adopt your koala, receive its printed adoption certificate, name it, welcome it into your home, and love it forever. The SENGER Cuddly Animals come with a special removable heat pack that warms, cools, and soothes little bodies while wrapping them in cosy, comforting textures that support moments of rest, reassurance, and ease. All-natural, certified organic, gently weighted, and super soft, these cuddly companions are designed to bring comfort through rest and play. The removable pillow within is filled with cherry seeds that can be heated or cooled (see below for instructions), making it perfect for those cold nights in winter or when someone is sick with a belly ache. The weight of the seed filling acts to provide a calming effect and give your little one much-needed sensory feedback. Warmth and weight, the perfect combo. Senger's toys are completely plastic free and are instead filled with organic lambswool from itinerant shepherds whose herds nibble the Eifel meadows of Germany. Brush away loose dirt and remove stains like milk with a wet cloth rather than washing the whole toy. Wash rarely, airing does wonders! When required, handwash in lukewarm water with any of our gentle wool shampoos - see Wool Care. Squeeze out excess water (don't wring!). Reshape when wet and dry flat on a towel. Directions: Open the zipper at the bottom of the animal's belly to remove the spelt husk pillow before heating or cooling. To cool: place in the fridge for several hours or overnight. While cooling in the fridge, keep cuddling your friend for comfort. To heat: Only ever heat the pillow and not the whole animal. Microwave: Place the pillow in the microwave for about ½- minute, at a maximum of 600W. Oven: Place the pillow in the oven at a maximum of 75 °C for approx. 3-5 minutes. CAUTION: Make sure that the pillow never gets too hot, otherwise there is a risk of burns on the skin or the risk of overheating, especially for newborns. If overheated, the pillow can also start to burn.
