iBird® Pro CL

The GESIPA iBird® Pro CL is a powerful, network-enabled cordless blind riveting tool designed for modern industrial production. Combining high-performance riveting with intelligent process connectivity, it can be quickly integrated into a production environment through the GESIPA® Interface 4.0. Using MQTT, the iBird® Pro CL makes setting-process and counter data available to the customer’s own network, where it can be stored, analysed and used for production control. Bidirectional communication with systems such as a PLC enables remote tool control, digital worker guidance and the use of riveting results for downstream line-control processes. This can help manufacturers reduce errors, strengthen quality assurance, improve traceability and support preventative maintenance. The iBird® Pro CL Gold Edition delivers a maximum setting force of 20,000 N and a 25 mm stroke, powered by an efficient brushless DC motor. Its broad working range accommodates blind rivets from 2.4 to 8.0 mm, depending on material. With up to three tools able to connect through a single GESIPA Interface, the iBird Pro CL offers a scalable solution for faster, more transparent and increasingly connected riveting operations.
