With two independent handles, Penta allows arm-by-arm work, ideal for balancing strength or targeting specific weaknesses. Simply turn the handle to change the grip - from the tray to the single-finger ruler, for ultra-precise training or warm-up. With or without equipment, the handles can be adapted to any situation: on the ground with a rubber band, or suspended for pull-ups. The perfect tool for independent, progressive training.
