LILAC on Buttery Soft DK - Indie-Dyed Yarn

Lilac is a light purple with lots of wonderful dark purple and blue speckles. It's one of my core semi-solid colorways and goes beautifully with many of my variegated colorways. YARN BASE I dyed it on my Buttery Soft DK base, which is made of 45% baby alpaca, 45% extra-soft 19.5 micron merino, and 10% silk, and it really lives up to its name! Please note that this is NOT a superwash yarn. That means it can felt with agitation and changes in temperature, so it should be washed by hand in cool water. On the other hand, it can be fulled, which is great if you want a nice thick and cozy finished object.
