Our RAW Honey is cold extracted and cold bottled – This is truly RAW honey. RAW Honey naturally crystallises to a smooth and creamy texture – this can happen within weeks or may take many months depending on the variety. Our migratory apiaries are located in State Forests / Parks and National Parks in Victoria. We don’t use chemicals or anti-biotics. Our honey is 100% Pure Honey – No added sugar. ALL of our honey is produced and bottled by us, the beekeepers, from Marraweeney, Victoria.
