2009-Current H-D Touring Tour Pack Mount for use with W3D Sealed Saddlebag Mount Kit From the factory you have two options to mount the tour pack. One is a quick release that is prone to rattling on audio bikes that have a lot of bass. The other one is a hard mount that requires removing the saddlebags to remove. This kit is a hard mount that still allows you to remove the tour pack without removing the saddlebags because the mounting hardware is accessible from the top. This kit comes with a tour pack mount, two plates with threaded bungs that mount to the frame to accept the tour pack mount, a pair of block offs for when the tour pack is removed and all necessary hardware.
