Hand-Painted Angel Ornament

A hand-painted angel ornament, made in British Columbia. Each one is painted individually, so no two are quite the same. They began as something for a child's room. Val wanted colour on the walls — something cheerful for our son to wake up to — and painted the first ones for him. People asked about them, and they have been part of our gifts ever since. How they are given An angel is added to a gift basket rather than sent on its own — our minimum order is $65. Add it to the same order as any basket and it goes inside the gift. They suit a new baby, a christening, a housewarming, or a Christmas tree. Some people buy one each year for a child and mark the year on the back. There are also Guardian Angels for cats and dogs — the same hand-painted cross with a small dog or cat above it, for someone whose pet is part of the family. Why a keepsake changes a gift Food is finished within a week. A painted ornament stays on a shelf or a tree for years, and it is remembered long after the chocolate has gone. It is the least expensive way to make a gift last. Delivery Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time, Monday to Friday, are prepared and dispatched the same day. Hand delivery is available in Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Port Coquitlam, east Coquitlam, Walnut Grove and North Surrey including Guildford, at a flat $20 for same-day. No. Each is painted by hand, so colours and details vary between them. If you have a preference — a particular colour, or something suited to a child's room — tell us in the order notes and we will choose accordingly from what is painted at the time. Can I add an angel to a gift basket? Yes. Add it to the same order as any basket and we will place it in the gift rather than packing it separately. It arrives as part of the basket, not as a second parcel. Do you make anything other than angels? Yes — Guardian Angels for cats and dogs. Each is a hand-painted cross with a small dog or cat above, individually wrapped. Can this be sent outside British Columbia? Yes. It is light, unbreakable in normal handling and needs no refrigeration, so it travels by courier anywhere in Canada inside a basket.
