What do you need……The Four Saucemen 80g Birria seasoning, a slow cooker or large pan. 900 ml of water, 1 kg of Blade steak (cross cut or oyster blade) works best. Mexican or mozzarella cheese for that cheese pull. Tacos, we use the Remarkable 5.5” yellow corn tortillas available from good supermarkets. Add coriander, fresh lime juice and your favorite hot sauce to create an amazing at home birria experience. Makes a total of 12 tacos when using a 6" tortilla
