Sips Snippets and Samples: Discover Sake An Exclusive Sake Tasting Hosted by Keigetsu. Meet the producers and journey through six premium Japanese Sakes, from crisp sparkling, through traditional umami Yamahai styles, to sweet zingy Yuzu Sake. Learn how Sake is made, and what makes premium bottles so special, as we are joined by Honami Matsumoto from Tosa Brewing Co,one of Japan's most revered producers. Join us around the bar to experience an expertly curated flight, with each pour perfectly paired with gourmet, bite-sized canapés.
