The formula contains ingredients including carrot, pea protein, spinach, kelp, dandelion, spirulina and copra meal, along with a broad range of vitamins and minerals. Once mixed with boiling water and allowed to set, it forms a soft gel that can easily be portioned into appropriately sized servings. Place the mixture in the refrigerator and allow it to set until firm. More or less water can be used if you prefer a softer or firmer consistency.
