Choose your size Small is 40 x 20mm and fits a 16mm collar strap (about 5/8in) Medium is 45 x 25mm and fits a 20mm collar strap (about 3/4in) Large is 50 x 30mm and fits a 25mm collar strap (about 1in) Measure the flat strap of the collar, not the buckle or the keeper, and go by that width. Unfasten it, feed the end through the first slot, behind the plate, and out through the second slot, then fasten it again and slide the tag to the middle.
