Sophie Schaal Riesling - Alsace, France This Riesling is pale straw in appearance with green hues and brilliant clarity, leading to an intense aromatic nose with layers of orange blossom, fresh lime zest, ripe tropical fruits like pineapple and passion fruit, wet stone, and white peach. Sourced from organically farmed parcels around Hunawih, and hand-harvested from granite, limestone, and clay soils, naturally fermented in tanks with no wood aging. The clay-limestone soil gives this Riesling excellent structure and a unique expression.
