These delicious grass fed kabob chunks are cut from sirloin tip steaks, a cut that lends itself very well to marinating. Create your own marinade, or try from one of our delicious marinades on our recipe site, and mix on spears with vegetables, mushrooms or even chunks of fruit! These diced chunks of steak also work well in stew, or even marinated then fried in a beef stir-fry! Limit 6 lbs per customer per order(s) shipping. Comes in 1 lb packages, pre-cut into kabob chunks about 1-2" thick. Vacuum sealed, short dry aged, grass fed and finished (like all of our beef)!
