Warm, earthy tones combine with vibrant accents in a composition shaped through successive layers of paint. The work balances spontaneity and control, allowing unexpected relationships to emerge across the surface. Created as part of my ongoing studio practice, this work is an independent artwork that reflects the same process of layering, revision and decision-making that informs my larger paintings.
