Clear glaze creates a luscious non-stick surface. Use this dish to make pies or casseroles, or to bake a round loaf of bread. Makes a beautiful serving dish or fruit bowl as well. Bottom is unglazed and sanded smooth. Dishwasher, oven, and microwave safe. Ceramic baking dish measures approx. 10" diameter and 2.5" tall.
