Located in western Georgia's warm, subtropical Imereti region, this vineyard sits on a sunny, wind-swept hill that idealizes Aladasturi ripening while keeping disease low. Hand-harvested and fully destemmed grapes macerate for 2 weeks before basket pressing into qvevri, where the wine rests on fine lees for 9 months prior to blending and bottling. The result is a light bodied red with floral and spicy character.
