Eva's Muesli

Seed by crunchy seed; nut by toasted nut. You have watched her meticulously assemble our next flavor. July’s drop is not granola at all. Its Eva’s Muesli. Summer is for balanced breakfasts. And armed with an Oura Ring and iced matcha my wife balances it all. She starts with organic rolled oats. Then adds equal measures of dates, figs, goji berries, walnuts and pecans. Now for the seeds: pumpkin, sunflower, hemp hearts and chia. And lastly the meal—that’s the magic dusting that flavors your milk. We use flax, cinnamon and her secret ingredient: black sesame powder.
