Vintage 9ct Yellow Gold Sapphire & Diamond Pendant The pendant features a 7 x 5mm oval sapphire with a double cluster of twenty-four round diamonds. The sapphire and diamonds are set into white gold, the bail is yellow gold. The pendant measures 14 x 12mm excluding bail - will hold a chain chain up to 2.5mm wide. Weight: 2.0g approx.
