Crafted from whiskies distilled in three pot stills and matured in varied casks — including ex-shochu, sherry, bourbon, and red wine — it embodies the mellow yet complex Kanosuke style. A touch of new American white oak adds brightness, while the influence of shochu casks lends a gentle Japanese “wa” spice. The result is an elegant balance of dark cherry aroma and fruit pound cake, unfolding into a smooth wave of tropical mangosteen and a serene seaside finish.
