An outstanding Muroka Nama Genshu (non-charcoal filtered, unpasteurised and undiluted) developed with a combination of a new yeast strain matched with a newly developed rice variety. The results are outstanding. Persistent flavours of Pine Lime Splice and strawberries with the liveliness of sangria. The palate is a perfect balance of sweet v's sour and is both uplifting and easy to drink. This sake could easily stand alone to drink at party. Namazake should be stored refrigerated and this sake is best served fairly well chilled.
