The result is a Barbera that’s more fragrant and delicate in style. The entire aging process takes place in stainless steel to retain all of its purity and freshness. Bright purple color. Vibrant aromas of red and black fruits with sweet spices and aromatic herbs, along with a hint of anise and graphite. Succulent and layered on the palate, yet bright with elegant acidity, with notes of strawberries, cherries and and a touch of white pepper. Mineral, lifted finish.
