Yerba mate has a high caffeine content. Notable is its ability to provide energy without the jitteriness suffered by coffee imbibers. Ingredients: Yerba Mate, hibiscus, apple pieces, rose hips, blue cornflowers, natural creme flavor, blueberries, raspberry leaves, raspberries, strawberries, natural blueberry flavor, natural strawberry flavor & natural blackberry flavor Steep 1 tsp per 8 oz cup. 160° for 5 minutes. Sweeten with desired sweetener. for a personal sized iced tea, use 1.5-2 tsp. Steep like usual then pour over ice. Makes 16-20 ounces iced tea.
