New Years Eve Take and Bake 3 Course Meal

Looking for a fancy dinner to ring in the New Year, but you don’t want to fight the crowds at your local restaurant, find a babysitter on the night of the celebration, or spend the evening cooking and cleaning at home? Join us just a couple of days before New Year’s Eve and let us do the hard work together! In this hands-on class, we’ll create an elegant, French-inspired dinner that you can take home, finish with minimal effort, and enjoy on December 31st. You’ll learn how to make a rich Beef Bourguignon, roll and cut fresh pasta, prepare make-ahead Gruyère and herb dinner rolls, and create a decadent flourless chocolate cake. We’ll send you home with everything you need to recreate this special meal, including reheating and finishing instructions. And best of all, Sweet Lucy’s Bakeshop will wash all the pots and pans!
