Cameleon UV colors are dayglo and appear very bold under regular light as well as blacklight. Neon colors are a little more transparent under regular light and may need a heavier application to get an opaque coverage. For blacklight use, only a thin layer is needed to pop Not a cosmetic product for special fx only. Contains small parts that could cause a choking hazard. Avoid contact with fabrics. Remove with soap and water. Discontinue if a rash develops. After washing, some traces of color may remain for a short period of time. Paint contained in this package is hypoallergenic and non toxic. Safe when used as indicated.
