SkatePal x Sabri Sundos Tatreez Scarf

SkatePal is a non-profit organisation supporting communities throughout Palestine, promoting the social, health and wellbeing benefits of skateboarding to enhance the lives of local youth. Sabri Sundos is a Palestinian-American painter & textile artist. Through the merging of traditional craft and iconography his work fosters dialogue around tradition, memory, and an undying hope for the future. This collaboration incorporates his iconic dancing figures – evoking the free-flowing movement and physical freedom found in skateboarding – as well as various motifs used across his traditional Palestinian tatreez artworks. Designed in collaboration between SkatePal and Sabri Sundos.
