Each one is made with Oscar's peaches from his farm in Lleida, western Catalonia, an indigenous variety with a naturally high concentration of sugars, sweet, and juicy. We were introduced to Oscar through Natoora, who work directly with growers like him to get their produce to a wider audience, and it's exactly the kind of sourcing we want to put our name behind. 20p from every jar sold will go to the Natoora Farm Fund, which supports the next generation of agroecological growers.
