Pascale's Kitchen - Lavender & Pink Peppercorn Mix

This is an amazing mixture of herbs that enhance all sorts of roasts, particularly beef and lamb chops. Mix some olive oil with a tablespoon of this, rub over your roast and you will have a delicious dish. It also makes a delicious marinade for vegetables. Lavender, pink peppercorns, rosemary and thyme. About Pascale's Kitchen: Pascale's Kitchen was founded by long term Santa Barbara resident, Pascale Beale. Pascale grew up in England and France surrounded by a family which has always been passionate about food, wine and the arts. She was taught to cook by her French mother and grandmother.
