This espresso roast originates from Santa Rosa, Guatemala, produced by Pablo Chuy Flores using Pacas, Bourbon, Pache, and Cuscatleco varietals. It is a washed process with notes of cooked stonefruit, biscuit, and roasted hazelnut.
