There are a large amount of Bass playgrounds included. These are more efficient racks similar to the super patches I’ve made in the past, yet focused strictly on bass. Turning the mod wheel will add FM, and the macros will add dynamism or movement to the sound. Every playground has a simple and complex rack. Open these to change the loop shape and parameters for unique and heavy sounds that will be much more controllable compared to the random movement I’ve done in the past. Of course, if you still want some random, you can turn on the random phase knob to sweep through the loo phases . I really wanted to make these patches do as much as possible without having to resample, but it didn’t take away from the modularity and spirit of the last pieces of work I’ve done to mix and match sounds and racks. So of course, I’ve included templates to build your own preset patch. And, if you have other packs, swap those in as well! Regarding melodics, I’ve created a few templates that are selectors for different effect racks. These all give each preset a characteristic that you can hot swap in between without changing anything in the patch! The secret weapon was the remap to create a selection knob. I’ve also thrown in all the multipass and snap heap presets, wavetables, and bonus samples to try to provide as much value as possible for the right price. YOU DO NOT NEED THE KILOHEARTS SUITE TO USE THESE, BUT YOU WILL NEED IT IF YOU WANT TO MODIFY THE INDIVIDUAL MODULES* INSTALLATION Open the folder, find your Kilohearts folder (you may need to access your hidden library if you’re on Mac) and drag each requiem folder to the proper group. I.e phase plant goes in user presets, wavetables go in user wavetables, etc. OR just leave them somewhere and add the folders from the Kilohearts browser.
