The surface is brushed to emphasise the oak's grain and texture before being finished with a protective lacquer. This combination gives the flooring a tactile, characterful surface with the added practicality of a lacquered finish, making it an excellent choice for interiors where appearance and everyday durability are equally important. Cut into traditional 18mm x 90mm x 450mm herringbone blocks, the proportions create the distinctive zig-zag pattern that has made herringbone flooring an enduring interior design favourite. Classic Grade European oak introduces natural knots, grain variation and changing tones, ensuring the finished floor feels authentic rather than uniform. Four-sided micro-bevelled edges help define every block, while the tongue-and-groove construction provides a traditional fitting system for this substantial solid oak floor. Each pack covers 1.296m². Not suitable for use with underfloor heating.
