Grown by a specialist producer with long experience in producing and processing high-quality coffee, recognised with numerous awards for the distinction of his lots. Today he runs an advanced processing station in Cauca, alongside two farms in Cauca and Risaralda. Finca El Paraíso 92 is a family project cultivating standout varieties such as Geisha, Pink Bourbon and Java, using modern agronomy — drip irrigation, shade management and laboratory nutrient analysis — with one goal: a truly singular cup. The farm operates its own microbiology and quality-control labs, and follows a precise processing protocol: cherries are sorted and sanitised, then undergo a controlled anaerobic fermentation with selected microorganisms, a second fermentation stage, and finally a hot-water thermal treatment to elevate flavour clarity and cup quality.
