This hand-built ceramic key hook is made in my studio in Lapa, Lisbon. A unique, earthenware face-shaped piece is decorated with colourful underglaze brushstrokes and has a functional use: the little tongue can hang light items such as keys or necklaces. All ceramic faces are made and painted by hand, so variations in shape, colour and finish are part of its character.
