Discover the delicious tradition of homemade pierogies in this fun, hands-on cooking class. You'll learn how to make tender pierogi dough completely from scratch, then prepare flavorful fillings and master the techniques for shaping, sealing, and cooking these beloved Eastern European dumplings. Along the way, you'll pick up tips for achieving perfectly pillowy pierogies before sitting down to enjoy your creations during class. You'll also take home all of the recipes so you can recreate these comforting favorites in your own kitchen. Please note: An apron will be provided for class use, but wear clothes you don't mind cooking in. Please be aware that The Commissary is not an allergen-free environment.
