Swap adapter developed through high-accuracy 3D scanning, designed in CAD software and crafted by high-accurancy CNC milling. Also listed: 1.8i non-turbo engines. ▸ Clutch and starter compatibility 240 mm Valeo 835026 single-mass conversion kit (or equivalent Ridex/Sachs kit) with a Frontera clutch disc and Audi/VW 068911024H starter. The 240 mm dual-mass flywheel from the VW engine can also be used if its starter ring gear is on the engine-block side. Suggested setup: Sachs 2294 002 198 flywheel, Frontera friction disc, VW pressure plate and 068911024H starter. 228/230 mm Valeo 835041 or ADV183076 single-mass kit, or Valeo 837041 dual-mass kit, with VW/Audi 03G911023A starter and custom Frontera clutch disc. VW/Audi 026105269L single-mass flywheel with 03G911023A starter and Frontera 240 mm clutch disc (8 mm friction material). Redrill the flywheel for the VW LT 3082 634 022 240 mm pressure plate. For extreme-power applications, Sachs 883082 999707 pressure plate shares the VW LT pressure-plate bolt pattern; use a clutch-bearing spacer. ▸ Technical details Four alignment dowel-pin holes; 3D-scanned to 0.02 mm accuracy.
