36mm drift lips
36mm centerboard lips. HAWK centerboard lips are made from a specially formulated polyester film and Dacron. This fabric has very special characteristics of rigidity, flexibility, and tear resistance . This makes it a perfect film for covering your centerboard trunk , keeping water out while allowing the centerboard to pass through. During assembly, you can choose to fit a single piece across the entire width, or if you prefer, two separate strips (one on each side) overlapping by approximately 1 cm. The HAWK fin lips should be glued with epoxy or Sikaflex. Sold by the meter, width 36mm.
