Signature: premium leather-bound cuffs and added protection Our Signature gloves pair hand-sewn sheepskin with leather-bound cuffs, a premium detail that gives the wrist a neatly tailored finish. A water- and stain-resistant treatment adds protection, while the Grey Brown shade, also known as Mole, complements both town and country winter wardrobes. This finish is available in L, XL and XXL only. The treatment is water resistant, not waterproof, and applies only to Signature gloves. The finish names distinguish their cuff details and protective treatment, not hand stitching from machine stitching. Are all the gloves water resistant? Only Signature gloves have the added water- and stain-resistant treatment. Classic gloves do not have this coating, and neither finish is described as waterproof. What are shearling gloves? Shearling describes sheepskin with the wool still attached to the skin. Both finishes here use genuine double-faced sheepskin, rather than faux sheepskin or a separate synthetic fleece lining.
