Saving Lives, Strengthening Israel: The Delaire Campaign

A Message from Ron Weiner Over the past several years, the Delaire Country Club community has proudly stood with Magen David Adom and the people of Israel, making an extraordinary difference when it has mattered most. Together, we have already sponsored two lifesaving ambulances! Our first ambulance is actively responding to emergencies and saving lives in Haifa, while our second will be celebrated at a special community gathering on January 25, 2027, before beginning its journey to Israel. As the needs in Israel continue to evolve, so does our opportunity to make a difference. This year, our Delaire community has set an exciting new goal: to sponsor THREE Emergency Medicycles, totaling $108,000! Why Medicycles? When a medical emergency strikes, every second counts. Magen David Adom’s Emergency Medicycles allow highly trained medics and paramedics to navigate traffic, reach difficult locations, and arrive at emergencies faster than traditional ambulances often can. Equipped with critical lifesaving medical supplies, these specially designed three-wheeled vehicles allow first responders to begin lifesaving treatment in those precious first minutes, stabilizing patients and providing critical care until an ambulance arrives. Having already helped put two ambulances on Israel’s roads, we now have the opportunity to help MDA reach patients even faster. By sponsoring three Emergency Medicycles, we can expand our community’s lifesaving impact and help protect even more families throughout Israel.
